Who are we?

International Coach Academy is a Virtual Training Organization delivering accredited coach training to students around the world. Our training is accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and our CEO is a Master Certified Coach. Both these credentials are the highest possible in the coaching profession today.

Our international community of coaches is diverse and vibrant. We attract people who want to use coaching to make a difference in the world. Our staff and trainers are passionate people who all share a love for coaching and the positive change it can bring to individuals, businesses and companies.

What do we do?

We train people. Our core product is coach training. Coaching is a new and powerful methodology that employs a specialized conversation to bring about change. There are an increasing number of ‘niche’ areas emerging within the broader coaching profession. We are currently training people in:

Where are we located?

We are based in Melbourne, Australia and have staff and students from all over the world. We are in constant communication with our students to ensure our curriculum and student support is meeting the needs of a diverse range of cultural and professional backgrounds. The end result is a rich and globally relevant program.

How is our training delivered?

Our training is conducted via scheduled teleconferences and supported by an online learning environment. This mode of delivery has been specifically designed with our learners in mind. Typically people attracted to our programs have the following characteristics:

  • at least one degree, often at post grad level
  • history of successful professional working life
  • competing family and work/study demands
  • high levels of motivation for learning
  • identity as life long learners

Our students tend to be very busy people and appreciate being able to structure their study in and around their lives.
