This is a fantastic course, and excellent value but don’t take our word for it, check out the graduate learning blogs. Every participant creates and keeps a reflective journal throughout the course. These journals are a great insight into the growth and development of participants.

GREAT Feedback from our Previous Course attendees

“Actually leading the teleclass was a very big turning point
for me. I saw how I can create a flexible structure for a class.
Inside that structure is content/curriculum, the contribution of
the participants, my own sensibilities/intuition and the group
dynamic. All aspects within the structure work to achieve
the goals that we set - competancies.

I have come away with less rigidity, more freedom. That is
the biggest change I see - and what a great change!

Although I have taught many lessons (planned and impromptu)
previously, I found the seminar style, group discussion format,
without face to face contact much more difficult. I had not
expected this, especially since I coach like this all the time!

This was a bit of a shock, and I feel that I struggled during the class and certainly didn’t facilitate as well as I am able to. I am looking at ways to learn more about leading in this style, and ways to improve, much more practice being one of them!

When I came to Train the Trainer it was for three reasons.
First, to learn to train students the ICA way. Second, was to
perfect the teleclasses I offer to my clients and to take teleclasses to the next level for my business. Third, to apply my talent and natural skills with something that I felt could prepare me for some of the face to face talks I will be giving in 2007.

…in the last few weeks my most significant change has not
really been about my top three reasons for being here but one
important lesson in living. It’s ok to just be myself. This is a work in progress. When I remind myself to just be me, I can feel the weight lifted off my chest.
