We are offering a Train the Trainer course which will begin on Tuesday, November 14th at 7PM EST. In this six-week series, you will learn how to develop skills in delivering training via teleclasses using the ICA model of training as a framework. We will also cover how to use competencies to evaluate the training course process and outcomes.

This fee entitles you to be a part of the ICA community including:
1. Facilitiating a teleclass within the school of ICA.
2. A mentor trainer to support you when facilititating
your teleclass.
3. A blog to reflect your learning throughout the course.
4. Class notes that will be made into an e-book on completion
of all classes.
5. Resources and worksheets.
6. Facilitation of the course by ICA Chief Learning Officer,
Karen Cappello, PCC and CEO Bronwyn Bowery-Ireland, MCC.
Both trainers have many years of experience and will share their tips on good facilitation.
